Double sided printing

Product Name: Xerox Color 550/560/570 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello all,

I have a quick question regarding alignment when printing double sided.

When I do a print from Illustrator, I put the front and back of the file central both vertically and horizontally.

However, upon printing, the alignment is slightly out.

So I have drawn a rectangle, same size, centred on both sided. On the first print, from the left side edge and where the rectangle starts, there is a 8mm gap. On the first print on the right side edge, where the rectangle finishes, there is a 5mm gap.

On the reverse side, the gap is the same on both sides. As it is a double sided print, this is causing issues i.e. side one has a 8mm gap from the left side, when that is cut, the reverse (side 2) only has a 5mm gap (I hope that makes sense).

Same as the right side of side one (this has a 5mm gap from the edge), but when cutting, the reverse (side two) has a 8mm gap.

What would be the easiest way to get the print to shift the print around 1.5mm - 2mm to the left?

Thank you in advance
