Joe, I knew you had something about the v3 and v4. Thank you !!
I agree it seems the Xerox V4 driver is broken, which would mean it needs to be Sparred (Sent to Engineering to fix). I can't submit it though, a customer has to call in to Xerox to initiate the spar. This forum is considered peer based support, it isn't official and is not monitored in any way by Engineering.
But I also don't think they will fix it either, simply because it is probably going to be deemed "Working as intended", and they will back up that statement with the screenshot that happens specifically in the driver when you choose that (Document Size) option.
I tested the Native and the GPD in all V4 flavors, they all do it, the fact that it doesn't fail to do it in V3 is a good way to stand ground over the "Working as intended" response, because if V3 works and V4 doesn't, one of them is broken.
I would stick with V3, instead of V4 as there seems to be little bugs with it. Joe (Xerox Forum Guru) has posted this in one of the other support locations.
If I find it I will link it for you. Or if Joe see's this, he'll be able to explain it a little better.

Hi there, Yes I am using the drivers from the Xerox website.
The problem occurs on both PS and PCL v4 drivers. The problem does not occur on v3 drivers.
Are you using the latest Driver off the Xerox Site for this printer or are you using the MS Windows Driver for Xerox ?
App Version 7.48.9.0
Driver Version 7.59.0.0
Both PS and PCL6 drivers do the same thing. Above versions are latest from website.
Control Panel -> Devices and Printers -> C405 -> Printer Preferences
Save Preset as "Test"
Come out of Printer Preferences
Launch Printer Preferences again
Check that the following are set
Reselect Preset "Test"
