I've got 5 Xerox printers deployed via Group Policy within a domain. They have been working perfectly till about an hour ago when all clients computers stopped printing with the message - Driver Update Needed.
The driver that was in use was the Xerox Altalink C8070 PCL6 version 5528.1000.0.0. I have now updated the driver to the Xerox Gobal Print Driver PCL6 version 5810.800.0.0. However users are still having the error message and our unable to print.
When I click on one of the printer icons within a client computer, the Network Connected Status shows Needs new driver and the printer names are called Microsoft enhanced Point and Print driver.
