Absolutely is caused by CWIS. Either in the print defaults via CWIS > Properties > Services > Printing > General and setting to BW and duplex




And they also may have broken it playing with Permissions via CWIS > Properties > Login/Permisiions/Accounting > User Permissions > User Permissions/Roles > Edit







And making them not allowed

Driver defaults issues

We installed a Xerox 7845, and installed a print driver on multiple computers locally, changing the default to print single sided and in color.  Now all of a sudden, those drivers (all of them according to the site) have been changed to 2-sided, and Black and White, and the option to even change to color is unavailable (See image).  This does not make sense to me, as the drivers are not being pulled from a server but are installed locally.  Nevertheless, this is what I am told.  Could this possibly happen due to a change made in Centerware?
