Hello Mattiaz,

The only thing I can think of for this is to make sure both devices are on the most current Firmware. You can find the Firmware from our Support page: AltaLink Firmware  VersaLink Firmware

If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance.

Driver issue C81XX

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hi, 

I was wondering why the Print Quality options in the driver are changed for the AltaLink C81XX series? 
Normally we had the option "High Resolution", "Enhanced", "Standard" and "Toner Saver", now we only have "High Resolution", "Enhanced" and "Toner Saves". 

We sometimes have VersaLink and AltaLink devices mixed in a PaperCut enivornment. 
Since we can't set the Print Quality to "Standard", which is also known for the VersaLink series, this causes print problems where configuring one device with one driver as a "Follow-me-printer". 

We always configure the follow-me printer as the device with the most options.
Since we discoverd the Quality Options are changed we get a lot of problems with printing speed, quality, ... .
