just grab another driver, for example a color 550 or a c60 , the .ppd files are almost identical

then you can print with all your options

Thanks for your answer. I have been using "Generic Postscript PPD". But almost all functions are lost, even printing on A3 or choosing the input trays. It is a disaster. I will try to find a solution, because otherwise the printer will stop serving. The bad thing about this is that the printer is perfect, it works very well for our company and having to discard it makes no sense.

Good catch. I spoke with the Driver Team on that and this is what they said:

• The Xerox FFPS driver for DocuColor 252 is no longer supported (dropped June 2018).
• The Device Compatibility document incorrectly shows this as supported.
• An update to the document has been requested.
• The user can still add the printer on macOS using the built-in “Generic Postscript PPD”.
• If Xerox driver features are really needed, they could try an unsupported work-around in which they install the Xerox macOS Common Print Driver from a closely related product like Xerox Color C60 w/ FreeFlow controller, which is supported on Catalina.  Note that there may be incompatibilities that could cause not all feature/function to work properly.

Hi, in the page 9, i found the one driver that is compatible with osx catalina, (Xerox® DocuColor 242/252/260
Xerox® FreeFlow DXP260), but in download page (www.xerox.com/drivers) there is no driver. Thanks

What configuration of that device do you have? Only one configuration is compatible.

On page 9 it shows you the one configuration that is compatible and the other 4 are not compatible with Catalina.

I update to mac osx catalina and the driver for docucolor 252 doesn´t work.

Any possible solution?
