Hello cristiwww,

I searched the knowledgebase and all I really found on this was the steps to adjusting the Toner Save Feature in the Print Driver.

I would recommend contacting the Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist to help troubleshoot this with you: 1-800-821-2797.

Driver problem!?!

Product Name: Xerox B215 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello!

I have a Xerox B215 printer since september working on a network of 3 laptops. I thinks there are some problems with the driver for windows 10 because I get a lots of error printing from IE11, Chrome or Acrobat Reader. When I start printing it just depend of luck. If everyting is ok its start printing, if not I just get an error that could not print and I have to try again. This never happened with my old Lexmark laser printer. I never received an error of printing before. This is happening only with 2 laptops running windows 10 pro. The third has an old windows xp and I have no problem printing.

The second problem is that the printer loose toner save setting in Printer Preferences. I set up all laptops to toner save in control panel -> printers -> Xerox B215 printer -> Printer preferences and after a week when I checked I noticed that one laptop had the setting to OFF. I set it On again. After a few days another lapton lost this setting.

Does anyone have these problems with this model?
