Hi, I have been able to figure out a workaround solution. Here it is, it maybe help for others as well.
I disconnected the printer and deleted the Xerox driver application from my MacBook Air.
Then I clicked on System Preferences / Printers and removed all the items from the list of printers.
I reconnected the printer with the USB cable, now without any driver program on the Mac. The MacOS recognised the new device in the Printers window, so I could add it as a new printer.
From this point on, I could use my WorkCentre 3025 with MacOS Catlina.

Hell Cseri,
On page 4 of the Compatibility Matrix listed HERE , it states the delivery of updated drivers for macOS® Catalina is currently being evaluated for this product.
In the meantime, you may be able to use the Mojave Driver. You can also CONTACT SUPPORT for other work-arounds that can get you printing.
Could you please inform me when the driver upgrade will be available for MacOS 10.15 for WorkCentre 3025?
I can not find it in any languages in the download secton.
Thanks in advance.
