Driver window popup very slow

Try to uninstall the printer and install it again using the same port creation settings

Hi!

I've installed driver from exe file on the Xerox website.

Only Xerox drivers pop window is so slow. Other printers are very fast.

it could be from the windows it self  or the way how you installed the printer 

to troubleshoot that try to set any other printer as a default printer " you can set the Microsoft XPS Document Writer as a default to eliminate any external possible reason "and open the app which you want to print from and hit "Ctrl +P " or File > print  and notice the response .

If it still slow then it a windows issue !

if it not then check this guide UNDER the Installation Procedure for windows 10 and give it a try !

Hi,

Just bought and installed Workcenter 3335 on windows 10. When calling printer paramaters from any software to print, the driver popup is appearing arround 6-8 seconds after clicking!!... this is just boring to wait each time we want to change printing parameters for a page!! Any advice please?
