We recently had service done on our ColorQube and the settings needed to be reset. As a result when one tries to print double sided Letterhead it ends up upside down. Nothing has changed on the driver end, Intelligent 180 Degree Rotation is still enabled. The only solution is to rotate the paper manually, but this just results in issues with 1 sided printing.
What option do I need to enable on the Printer end? I have checked every menu and cannot find anything.
Our other WorkCentre machines and print duplex letterhead just fine.

or is when you print simplex, it prints on the correct side of the paper, when printing duplex, paper is rotated, so front page, on backside
Yes it does that too, so it's on the wrong side and upside down. I'm told by the users on that floor it did not do this prior to resetting the software.
Unofrtunately I can find no options to fix this other than manually adjusting the paper in the tray.
i think its working by design, dont ask me why, i have seen in on several machines, also small printers
some include an optiion to "enable duplex letterhead printing" , some do not
I've adjusted the paper orientation and now it no longer prints upside down, though it still prints page 2 on the wrong side when using duplex.
All of my searching has indicated this is "how it works". I'm lost as to how it printed any differently before the software re-loading
this issue has been fixed on the newer connectkey devices : 073.xxx.066.08210
but the 93xx range is not a member anymore of the new connectkey devices, maybe xerox will release another frmware to fix it also on the 93xx machines
