Duplex Printing not Working on C70

Hello There,

Has anyone ever had issues with being unable to print duplex due to the paper not feeding back into the rollers beneath the fuser/2nd btr etc? I've attached an image showing where we are consistently getting stuck at every time. The first side prints and goes through the fuser but stops before re-entering.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Are you printing from Adobe Acrobat 11 by any chance? As we have seen this problem with Adobe and there is currently no fix.

Windows 7 multi page document will print first page then leave back of sheet blank then print second page on second page then page three will print on back of page two. Page four will print with page five on back side, etc,etc. Printing the same document from a Windows 10 system page one with page two on back, page three with page four on back etc, etc. This started about three months ago, prior to this the printer would print fine from both windows 7 and windows 10, there has been no changes to the windows 7 systems.
