Thanks so much. I 'thought' I had checked all those settings thoroughly but evidently not. All now appears OK, as I remember it from the previous installation. Thanks again.

Hello coeurdubois,

If the option is greyed out, you may need to enable the option at he driver. HERE are the steps.

Duplex printing disabled on Versalink C500DN

Product Name: VersaLink C500 Printer
Operating System: Windows 7 x64

I have recently installed a C500DN on my home office PC. This was prevously working perfectly satisfactorily on my office network. It prints perfectly well but I cannot set it to print double-sided. The option is 'greyed-out' in the driver. The installation was carried out using the Xerox SmartStart utility via a USB connection (it had prevously been on the Ethernet at the office where it automatically performed double-sided prining faultlessly.) What am I doing wrong?
