Duplex printing isn't possible from all Win 10 Apps

Hi Gabi,

This was PERFECT tipp!!!

I selected the Generic PPD driver (based on V3) - and could install: Xerox Versalink C400 PCL6 with a very new driver date: 5.810.8.ON 2021.06.03.

Now, 2 side printing is working again very well - no conflicts anymore.

But I didn't understand what is / was the root cause of my solved problem...? All drivers should work perfectly together with Win10 (64) and the Apps.

Hello, since some period, the duplex printing isn't possible from all Win10 Apps. I installed the different (!) drivers several times, changed from LAN to USB, etc. - nothing changed. Test page (from Win10) of the C400 tells me - "yes - duplex unit installed". Also a search in the Windows properties of the driver says: "Yes, 2 side printing is enabled".

But in each Win10-APP (thunderbird, Google, Acrobat-PDF,...) I can't change to 2-side-printing.

Device-Manager says: "Das Gerät "USBPRINT\XeroxVersaLink_C400\7&2d73aa43&b&USB001" erfordert weitere Installationen." - it needs more installations...?

Version: C400 V$ PS.
