Re: Duplex printing offset second page

Got no help with resolving the issue. Read somewhere that its because the drivers dont support A4 as they should, especially when it comes to duplex. Gave up trying.

Re: Duplex printing offset second page

I've been having the same issue and can't seem to get anywhere as far as solving it, nothing in the manual. To be honest I've been dealing with it for over a year and your post is the closest I've come to any hope, except the supposrt xerox provided wasn't any help.

Re: Duplex printing offset second page

Hi SteveMC1,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The only thing I can suggest is to try the solutions for skewed prints and see if any of them will work for your duplex issue.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Duplex printing offset second page

Product Name: Phaser 3330
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Windows 10 64bit

Firmware 61.004.04.000

Driver Phaser 3330 V4 PS

When printing documents duplex the second page is offset and therfore detail is off the page.

Its the same on all applications and no change with settings altered.
