Thanks a lot for the reply but I have tried that to no avail, the printer is now decommisioned as we found blown components inside on the board.

I couldn't find that code, but I found THIS similar code and it says it could be a power issue and to isolate the power.

Hi All, hope you are well. 

I have the above error, ERROR CODE 99,022.00:8518 Colour Cube on our colour cube printer. LED light flashes geen red and amber all at once, obviously have googled the error but cannot get a straight solution/answer to the problem. I have tried removing network cables, powering down/back up to no avail. Before I was getting the error the printer would restart in a look, shut down, power on and at 1% warmup would then reboot again, now it stays on but has error code.

 

Can anyone help please?
