Easy Printer Manager cannot see my printer

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: macOS 10.14 - Mojave

I've connected the printer to my computer via USB cable, then installed the printer driver - the printer appeared in the Printers & Scanners.

Then I've installed Easy Print Manager, as I want to be able to access my printer via network. 

When I launch Easy Print Manager, it just shows the grey screen and cannot access my printer.

Rebooting, reinstalling, etc does not change anything. Tried with another computer - all the same.

What could it be?
