If it is similar to the North American machines (4590 I think)
Machine Status > Tools > System Settings > Common Service Settings > Screen/Button Settings > Services Home > Change Settings
You should be able to add it there, but it likely won't show up unless you set up email via CWIS
Thank You for the response.
I will going to try and check that settings and start the email set up and keep you posted.
But one thing" How can I bring UP the Email iCon which is missing?.
I already went to the display or screen settings and set the email to number1 but still didn't show up.
Cheers,
RPacion
I'm not sure on the print failure but Email disappears when it isn't set up, and since you went the full format option that is exactly what should have happened. So set up email again from scratch to get it back.
lp may be something for LPR, so check that the LPR port wasn't disabled via CWIS.
I can't provide screenshots or flat out "click here to " directions because I have nothing close to it to get them from.
Hi Guy's,
I am having problem with our OLD DCC900 model it was making Auto Clear perform soon if am doing booklet printing with bypass cover insertion. After 10 to 12 sets printed the machine stop for about 2 minutes and resumed printing after. I checked the print mode spool and it was not set to HDD so I changed the settings but still doing thesame thing. I suspected that there is something wrong with the HDD. So I performed HDD initialized at maintenance and Diagnostic but still doing same thing so I did the force format by pressing STOP+POWERSAVER+4 and the STOP + POWER SAVER buttons. After all of these process I noticed that the email Icon was missing and the machine printing garbage even test page . Printing like Blank Print with the "lp" letter written in the left side upper part of the paper and it just keep comming one by one.
Please HELP!!!
Cheers,
RPacion
