There is no feature like that in the driver or the printer, they may be 3rd parties that do such a thing generically, anything with similar functions are far from generic, programs like PrintShop Mail do similar, but the documents are built and printed within (at least that is how it was, not sure now).
The only printers I know that do such a thing would be ones that come with a Fiery (from EFI, they call it VDP)) or a Freeflow (From Xerox, we call it Background Forms), or CREO (from Kodak). I don't know of any printers that have the ability built in.

We are working with several WorkCentre 7845 printers. We have different company labels with different Letterheads. We want to get rid of expensive preprinted letterhead paper.
Is it possible to load a Letterhead PDF file (or other format) into the printer/printerserver, so you can choose one of the company letterheads within the printer driver? Or are there other solutions to accomplish that?
