Enable Software Download

I would like to Enable the Software download, but my Printer doesnt startup

It gives an error 116-321

So I wanted to do a firmware update, I started the Printer in boot mode, selected the Download option

But I am getting a 016-741 Error

Is there a way to the enable the sotware update during startup if I cant get to the main menu or the web interface
