Re: Enabling Accounting in PCL6 print driver - 5335

The driver is bi-directional and automatically picks up the XSA setting. If you want to do it manually anyway you will have to disable the bidirectional at the top of the same screen and click OK , then when you re-open it the option will be selectable, as will the Installable options

Enabling Accounting in PCL6 print driver - 5335

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I just installed a 5335, and installed the PCL6 driver.  I then enabled XSA in Centerware, and set up group account and User IDs.  I enabled it for both copy and print.  When I go into the printer properties on the driver to where you are supposed to select which method of accounting you want to enable, it won't let me select any-- they are greyed out (both XSA and auditron).  Any ideas?
