Hi again!

 

The sensor is probably jammed or something like that, it will help to put in another magenta cube.

Thanks so much, Kimzi. I've tried this and for some reason it won't kick into this mode. The notification to refill Magenta never leaves the screen. I was printing from Adobe Illustrator and tried Also just printing from the open PDF, making side everything was changed to black with no luck.

Enabling Run Black Mode Xerox 8570 Colorqube

Hi,

 

I was running a black/white job and noticed some striping so I did a clean, and of course it ate up the remaiing of my magenta and noted that I needed to replace.  I did a re-start, and it continued to ask me to replace - but when I hit the "?", it does state I should be able to continue printing black only prints.  It also states this in the manual.

 

I cannot get the "Add Ink" screen to leave, and desparetely need to finish this job.  My print queue is empty, and I've tried reprinting in balck mode as I have been doing, but the job isn't going through and I can't get the printer screen to clear.

 

Is there anything I can do to enable the Run Black mode?
