I was getting good gloss effect prints of heavy stocks from this machine before but now it has a very little amount of gloss in heavy stocks. It has a good gloss in light stocks till 130 GSM. Turning on enhanced gloss mode on heavy stocks has no effect over the print. Does the second BTR roller play any role in gloss, because that looks a bit worn out and I haven't replaced it yet. kindly give suggestions to enhance gloss.
