Envelope Jam

Product Name: Workcentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

2 month old 6515 with updated drivers.  Trying to print envelopes and it jams every time (with different envelopes - ie brand new and older ones).  Yes, I put the envelopes in the right way (actually any way i put them in it jams).  Help and Thank you

If you have tried all the steps to resolve the envelope jams and are still having issues, you would need to place a service call: 1-800-821-2797
