Are you asking us to troubleshoot a program you haven't named, and doing so by naming an industry standard program that works perfectly?

 

The driver language (PS, XPS, PCL5, PCL6) defines the code used to interpret the job, it doesn't in any way decide that text should be in a different place on the printed page.

 

What is the application that doesn't work right?

What is the size of envelope that you are using?

Envelope printing mismatches per application C8045

Looking for suggestions on this issue with our C8045. 

 

We are seeing printing on envelopes work fine using Microsoft Word, but our main application it prints the address very high.  We have several different types of printers and all others print the envelope fine.  I have tried PCL 5 and 6 Universal Xerox Drivers and then a Normal PCL 6 driver with all showing the same results of printing the address high on the envelope. 

 

We have contacted our printing compnay support and they say there is nothing they can adjust.  Any help or suggestions woul dbe greatly appreciated.!
