I would verify that the envelopes are loaded correctly please click here for instructions. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Envelopes always blank

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

When printing envelopes from a MS Word document the envelope always comes out blank.  The envelope is being loaded correctly.  The printer settings are set for an evelope of the correct size and manual feed is selected.  If I print the envelope with just letter size paper in the printer the text for the envelope appears along one edge of the page.  Is this a Word problem, a driver problem or something else?
