Good morning, everyone. I am an IT admin for my company. We currently have a user on an HP Compaw 6005 Proo SFF PC running Windows 7 32 bit. They can print from other printers in our company but not our Versalink B405. In any application, the program will crash upon trying to send a job to this printer. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the drivers. We connect to the printer through a print management server where the workstations grab the driver from. I have tried to search Event Viewer and can find the crashes but the error messages are rather vague. I can post the event log here if need be.
