It just means it can't talk to Xerox to report your meter reads and supplies info.
If you don't want it to do that, disable it.
EWS > System > Remote Services Upload To disable it
If you do want it to work check the :
Time, date, DNS, Gateway, Proxy in that order, one of them is wrong or not set up. (date and time is in the first screenshot, the rest is within Connectivity)
Cannot update firmware becuase of this error. any help? also cannot log in to web embedded because admin password has changed? tried s/n, now locked out. help.
