Re: Error 016-519

Hi ..

I am picking up on this old thread.

Can someone please tell me how to do a hard reset... perhaps with a screen shot.

I am logged on to admin but can not find: Device > Resets > Reset to Factiry Defaults > Reset

Thanks in advance

Re: Error 016-519

If you don't have a bunch of hard to resetup things, you may want to consider factory defaulting it instead of days of troubleshooting

login as admin and go to Device > Resets > Reset to Factiry Defaults > Reset

Re: Error 016-519

Thank you for that, i feel like i must be getting close to the solution.

So I checked that setting it was already on unlimited printing!

I dont have anyother accounts other than my systems admin log in.

Now I have no idea why this code is coming up....

Re: Error 016-519

The 6510 is a 6515 that can't make copies

Both are identical to Versalink products in every way except EIP and Accounting

Permissions > Guest Access  > Edit

Printing User Role

Give it all the things!!!!!

Of course if you have users created, you will need to do this for those users as well

Re: Error 016-519

Hi,

I have the same issue that is in this thread.. and the same printer .. 6510.

There is no option for changing or disabling usage limits.

even after loggin is as admin there is no 'accounting' tab

This chain does not exist:

PermissionsAccounting
Method
 → None

Perhaps this is related to the model of printer ? I have been through every setting on the printer and on the webpage and there is nothing i can see about changing print limits.

that systems guide is for the VersaLink® Series not the Phaser... (even though it comes up under Phaser docusments)

Do you have any other possible solutions to this issue ?

Re: Error 016-519

Hello there

I have the same problem with my 6510.

I can log in to permissions but I don't have an 'accounting method' option.

Page count is at 1001 so is this a limit I can override?

thanks

Re: Error 016-519

So it went from only showing when you try to print to always on?

If you print one of the internal info pages (from the ui) does it print?

Can you post a photo of the error? This printer comes with a warranty so you may want to call in for official support

Ok...I've reset the printer 3 times but the error still remains...when the printer starts after the reset the error pop up...
