Error 016-519

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Hi, One month ago I've installed a new Phaser 6510. Everything was ok until now. If I try to print the printer show me an error 016-519. I've also tried to reset the printer but the error still remains. How can I fix it?

Thanks!

016-519 Number of printable sides limit full.
Procedure
Ask the System Administrator to increase the limit of printable sides.

Basically turn off accounting or increase your account limit

Thanks for your reply.
I can change this parameter directly from the printer menu? Can you tell me where I can find this option?

Re: Error 016-519

I don't know for this model

Generally login to embedded web page w a browser by typing printer ip into the http area

Then goto properties-> accounting-> users and limits

Admin/1111 is default login/password

Exact instructions would be in sys admin guide found here

Re: Error 016-519

Hi David,
I've tried your solution but on my model I can't find the "user and limits" property. Maybe I can try an hard reset? You know how to factory reset this printer?

Thanks

You might want to try disabling accounting first.

In the Embedded Web Server, log in as administrator, then click PermissionsAccounting
Method

To factory reset. Do step 1, 2, then 7

Resetting the Printer Settings
Caution:
CAUTION: Reset to Factory Defaults erases all settings and returns the printer to the original
factory state. All jobs, presets, apps, and device settings are reset. When finished, the printer
restarts and the Install Wizard starts to guide you through the setup process.
1. At the printer control panel, log in as administrator, then press the
Home button.
2. Touch
DeviceResets.
3. To reset the settings for 802.1X and IPsec, touch
Reset 802.1X and IPsec.
4. At the confirmation message, touch
Reset.
5. To delete all the downloaded fonts, forms, and macros from the printer memory storage, touch

Re: Error 016-519

But I can't log on my control panel from the printer, it's a simple B/W small display, not the touch one.
