Hello, I can no longer print any type of document from my Mac computer with system 10.14.4
I have reinstalled the software through your site, I tried to check if I can see the printer through the Internet Service and correctly visualize all the printer data, but I can't understand why with any document on the printer display I always find the error 016-748. I tried to do a web search and discovered that this error is classified as: 016-748 RAP HD Full. Could you tell me a method to solve the problem?
