Hi, we've encountered an issue with several Phaser 6510.
After about a month from first installation printing from network or USB with any kind of driver stuck with error 016-748 that if I'm right refers to a full HDD. After that the machine gets really slow and cannot print anything. Could it be that this issued is caused by the printer that is not able to delete any completed job? Is it a firmware (64.10.41) problem? What's the right procedure to delete any jobs on startup or to free space on the HDD?
Thank you
Kari

I'm having the exact same issue on a Phaser 6510. If I can get printing to work without an error, it prints one page, takes a minute long pause, then begins printing another page. It'll continue doing this which is very annoying on a 50+ page document.
Hoping you could post the solution
Power off the printer.
Then hold down "Information" key + "Down Arrow" key + "Power" button
Run the routine and see if that clears error
I'm getting the same error after following those steps and having the HDD Initialize
If unsuccessful, HDD Format Mode (Information + Up Arrow + Down Arrow + Power).
If unsuccessful, perform Factory Init Mode (OK + Up Arrow + Down Arrow + Power).
After this operation appears on the printer display error "switch power OFF and then ON 124-315". How can I solve this problem?
Enter Diagnostic Mode and run dC132 Device ID / Billing Data, check service manual for more details.

In the event that I can get printing to work without a blunder, it prints one page, requires a moment long respite, at that point starts printing another page. It'll keep doing this which is irritating on a 50+ page record.
Try to format printer HDD (SD card btw), to do this, shut down printer, then start the printer in to HDD Format Mode (Hold: Information + Up Arrow + Down Arrow + Power)
