016-749 means that the printing language (PDL) that the job was sent in is not supported by the printer. This almost certainly means that you don't have the optional PostScript kit enabled on the machine. You can purchase a PostScript enablement kit or install the available PCL6 Windows driver.

Note: Xerox only makes PostScript drivers for MacOS but if you set it up via AirPrint than it will work without a driver. It sounds like your Mac is setup via AirPrint which is the same print method that your iPhone will be using.

Error: 016-749

Product Name: VersaLink C7020/C7025/C7030 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello, We have Xerox® VersaLink® C7020 MFP Printer. And I can print with my macbook, iphone and android phone but I can't print with my windows10 notebook. I tried almost 5-6 notebook but always there is an error 016-749, please someone help me. Thanks.
