It could be also from a defective C/K ROS (laser unit).
Hi there
Still getting the same error
it just won't go off
i've ordered a new black drum and hoping it works
Ok good because was hoping that it really should be soft.
I'll work on getting a black drum out. Like all the places we buy from closed until Monday so have to wat till then to get a new one shipped out
What seems to happen is we take out the drum place it back in restart the printer it comes up and as soon as you go to print you get the error again
I trying with another drum seems to be the same both are old. SO maybe it needs a new one.
If that pad is not missing is ok and it should be almost soft. I say to replace the K drum cartidge.
Thanks Gabi
I see the pad, is it supposed to be hard or soft? I realize it's soft pad.
if something is missing can you give me the part number please or a work around?
Hi,
It could be from a bad black drum or if the conductive earth pad (where the black drum sits on the drum module frame) is missing.
Gabi
Good day, can you please assist me?
I was printing and got the error 061-319 i realise the black drum might not have been sitting properly or another drum as we put in a magenta rebuild drum not sure if that what caused the problem.
Now I'm getting error 061-319 and don't know why
Can understand
is it the magenta drum
?
