You still need your tech to verify the registartion assembly (mechanical and electrical). The error represent "Pre Regi Release fail". It can be from the Pre Regi Nip Release Motor or from the Pre Regi NIP Release Home sensor.
I have this error that has been on my machine for a couple months, has anyone experienced this and know how to fix it? Even the technician has looked at it a few times and can't figure it out.
