Error 099-056

Now it is time to swap the Printhead 2 wiyh 4.

the error code still 099-082

099-082 is a fault code from the other cable (waveamp) from the printhead 2  So I think is the Printhead. Swap also the waveamp cable to see if the fault code changes.

I swapped the cables, the code is now 099-82.

So, i just need a new cable ?

As I said is possible to be from the cable or from the Printhead. So first swap the cables and if the fault code do not change swap the Printheads 2 with 4.

Is there a possibility to test the cable to know if the problem comes from the head or the cable?
Exchange the cable with that of another head? And see if it's the same error code ?

I have a colorQube 9202 that is displaying error 099-056. It states that printing and copying functions are disabled.

can anyone tell me what this error is ?
