Error 116-334

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: macOS 11 - Big Sur

Ive only had this printer for a month. printed about 6 pages before Christmas whilst still running Catalina. Decided to update to Big Sur over Xmas...now cant get past either please reboot, which I found you do by holding ok, up and down arrows when powering up. Then get a message: "Boot mode Factory Init NVEM is cleared power off", but after restarting it just loops back to 116-334 error!!!!! AHHHHHHH!!

Ive tried ringing Xerox and was put through to sombody in the Philippines!!! they couldnt help without copy of invoice which the seller had put wrong serial number on!!....now hopefully they've emailed them and corrected that.

QUESTION....has anybody any more imfo on getting out of this bootloop of error messages??? .....and I thought inkjet printers were bloody useless lol

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the article for Fault Code 116-334 from the online support for your printer. If the suggested solutions do not help, you will need a tech to clear the error.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

116-334 ESS NVRAM data compare fail. WARNING: Ensure that the electricity to the machine is switched off while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Refer to GP 10. ... Electricity can cause death or injury.
