Error 116–357 and 029–717

Product Name: Xerox Versalink C7000
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

We are getting these errors all the time on the printer:

Error 116-357 and Error 029–717

I do think that this happens when printing PDF's 

We need to reboot the printer as soon as this happens. Printer is installed on a server and then shared to Windows 10 clients. Im using the PS driver on the printer. Driver was recently downloaded and also firmware has been patched to the latest version. 

Anyone has any ideas?

Try to upgrade the firmware.

I would try a factory reset, Since you stated that the Firmware has been updated to the newest version.

If the issue is just with the PS printing, I would double check to make sure the PS Printing is enabled on the device.

There also could be an issue with the PS script that might need to be check.

Did you check to see if different print job's are going through ? IE: PDF, MS Office, Text....

029-717 In Ethernet 1 mode, failed to locate the storage destination URL of PACFile the proxy auto-detection function (WPAD).

Procedure

Advise the customer to check whether the URL information of the PACFile in the DHCP server is correctly registered.
