No it's software problem ,
I'm sure as when I made downgrade to the software version it's work fine .
After that i make again the upgrade to 3.7 it's get the error again

It isn't a software problem, its hardware, it has to be coincidental to the update.

127-311 RAP
This Fault Code may occur in the following situation:
• When the Controller can detect commands but cannot detect input video, data, or clock.
To recover, check cable connections.

Shut it down and re-seat every single cable on the printer then boot up again.

Error 127-311

Product Name: Xerox 700i/700 Digital Color Press
Operating System: Windows 7 x64
I get this error code 127-311 , after I maked an update for my Xerox 700 to Xerox 700i , I used upgrade to version
3.7 ,
If I make a restart to the printer it's work but once I send another printing order it get the same error so I must restart it again ....
Please any solution or any newer version for the xerox 700i software. ??
