I am getting the same error, asked to replace yellow toner and I have with a brand new one. Still getting same message. Printer is DOWN!
I am getting error code 092-318. I have followed the onscreen prompts to remove the cartridge, shake, replace and then reset the machine but this did not clear it. I have even tried to use a new cartridge but still the same issue. Any suggestions?
