I can see that noone is getting a solution to this problem, Been trying to fix the issue on the 6510 for past few days. not found a soultion anywhere
Did you found a solution for this issue? I have the same issue with a 6605DN which give fault message 116-317 after a firmware update. The firmware update i found on Xerox support page is the one which update through "Xeroxfmup.exe". That program can not find the printer now. Is it possible to put the file (like drm files) on a USB stick and start with?
