I see no one has responded to this post yet. So, at this point I would recommend contacting your local Xerox Support Department to speak with a Product Specialist for more assistance. Please call 1-800-835-6100.
My WorkCentre 6025 shows the fault error 921-651 with code 2080000 and message "Restart Printer" and "Contact Support".
I've tried switching the printer off and on. No success. I've downloaded a new driver (but there wasn't a Windows 11 option. I tried removing the printer and add i back again. None of this worked.
Does anyone know how to fix this? Or is it irreparable and I should buy a new printer? Thanks
