I called Xerox for information on who in my area (Nashville, Tn.) could repair/service my Xerox printer and was referred to the Xerox webpage for the Xerox Repair Centers in the Nashville area. Of the 4 Xerox Service Centers listed, Two were no longer in business, and I was informed by the other two that they only serviced companys/businesses which had a service contract with them, and did not offer repair/servicing to individuals.
Apparently, there is no option for an individual to get a Xerox printer repaired! Very disappointing !!!

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article for Fault Code 93,984. It looks like this may be a hardware issue that would require a service call.

I am getting error code 93,984.00:6567 on my Colorqube 8580 printer.

Looking for solution to resolve this issue.
