Hello ABS, 

Have you also checked the status of the drum cartridge, please take a look at this article on how to check the supply statusIf you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797.

Error Code C3-5140

Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello,

our office printer Xerox B210 black&white laserprinter refuses to print anymore.

Toner cartrige is new, black color at 100%.

But the orange toner light is on and windows tells me there is a problem: C3-5140.

 

Any ideas?
