Error Code unknown?

Hello Maceymoo,

I would uninstall the print driver and reinstall with the latest Xerox print driver. You can find the latest drivers HERE.

I can print emails fine, however when I go to print letters in comes up with the following;

Error - undefined

Error Code - 11-1412

Offending Command - JL

Stack

Anyone have a clue what this is, Xerox do not have any ideas!!
