Thanks Gabi! I did have it on the Wi-Fi and plugged into the network. I've just unplugged so it's only using Wi-Fi, fingers crossed that will work.

Hi Emma,

There is a failure connection beween WiFi module and the board where is connected (ESS). Power off the machine, remove and reinstall the WiFi module, power on the macine and if this not work it could be an issue with WiFi module.

If your machine have both, WiFi and wired connection you must chose one of them. The machine can work just with one connection: Network or WiFi, not both.

Hello,

We keep getting the following error code when trying to print and the message says to "refer to online knoweldge base - error code 018/428". Anyone know what this means and how to resolve it?
