Questo è il preventivo che mi ha fatto la Xerox per il reset della stampante. Preferisco andare a far stampare le copie nella cartoleria sotto il mio ufficio!

Mai più una Xerox entrerà nel mio ufficio!

Attenzione. Al prossimo acquisto vi sconsiglio vivamente una stampante 6510 della Xerox. Ho chiesto all'Assistenza e mi hanno mandato il preventivo per la riparazione (che penso duri 10 minuti per correggere l'errore del software):

E, prima di comperare un'altra Xerox, vi consiglio di acquistarne un'altra qualsiasi!

buying another Xerox is a stupid idea guys.  The black cartridge ran out and when the replacement cartridge was inserted the machine would not recognise it and same error message keeps coming.  there are a few posts on this particular problem. i am going to through the two Phaser 6510 printers in the dump and buy a new non Xerox printer

after trying for sometime, i bought another printer of same model. i have a stock of cartridges unused so that i can utilise them. must say Xerox's support is unsatisfactory. they gave me a quote more than the cost of the printer!!

When i try and do the reboot, like you suggested. the display panel just flashes it doesnt actually reboot.

but my laptop HDD is encrypted and could not start as you suggested.

i tried to print with another laptop and same error message came?

any further advice will be appreciated

Try in Special Boot Mode a Job Log Clear Mode.

while printing one out of page of my 200 page document, i forgot and left "print all pages" option. when i realised this i tried to cancel the printiing by pulling out paper tray and presssed some buttons on the top of the printer.

since then when i tried to print a page this error message comes and i could not cancel or reset the printer. printer does not work on USB or network. please help. Thanks
