Hello pd154, 

If you have already verified the below and it's still happening I would suggest calling into support for assistance. 

  1. When printing from your computer, ensure you select the Paper option in the print driver to specify the correct paper size and type. For the source, you must select Manual Feed Slot. Not confirming the paper details may result in printing delays.

    Note: The settings made from the print driver on your computer override the settings on the control panel.

Error; Paper is empty in manual feeder . Add paper

Product Name: Xerox B205 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Just started getting this error a lot. "Paper is empty in manual feeder . Add paper" I am not using the manual feeder, that door is definitely closed, the main tray has plenty of paper in it. I have not specified "Use Manual Feed" anywhere. Driving me crazy.
