I have a Xerox AltaLink C8045 MFP and it shows me an error in control panel where it says that Print and Copy is not available. Just scanning.
But the printer is printing my documents. I don't understand why he shows it. I print normally but it says copy and print not available and also shows the message that it can't communicate with Xerox.
Any suggestion to fix it ?
Now is OK but I don't understand why sometimes it gives that error and sometimes he is ok.
For example: It says only Scan available today and tomorrow he says Ready!
Now is working but I want to understand why it do this thing. Maybe I can prevent more errors if I understand this.
In FAULT HISTORY it Says:
FAULT CODE 316.526.00 and than it says all the dates that this error is showed!
