Thank you for using the Support Forum. We don't have a Phaser B400 that i am aware of here in North America. We have a VersaLink B400. If that is the printer you have, please follow the instructions unable to print over the network found in this article from the online knowledgebase for the VersaLink B400. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Is anyone having issues printing to the Phaser B400 following windows updates.
Users have reported that they are no longer able to print some documents (it appears that items that have color imbedded). An error page prints, that i do not have in front of me at the moment.
Other items (B&W) print fine. Windows updates were applied on 1/13 and problem was reported on 1/14.
