Error Printing

Product Name: Phaser 3020
Operating System: Windows 10

We got a Phaser 3020 a week or two ago, set it up to wireless connection, and everything was fine for the first few days. Now it constantly shows printing errors. I looked through the forum and tried a few things, but nothing works. I tried configuring the port from raw to LPR protocol. I tried solutions recommended for the "printer offline message". When I try troubleshooting I get the "Windows could not fix the problem. Please contact your network administrator." message (we contacted them, there is nothing wrong on their end). Turning the printer on and off, plugging it out and in doesn't work. The status is always "offline". The only thing that worked was uninstalling and reinstalling the whole printer setup pack but that's simply not an option I have the time for EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to print something (and it's also only a solution for one device, I still get printer errors on other devices). Connecting it with USB only works for one device and that's inconvenient since more devices need to be connected to that printer. Calling the support center is not an option since there isn't one in my country.
Is there anything else I can try?
